All orders are sent via Normal mail by default, with no tracking capabilities. Please select this to add tracking to your parcel - I'll issue you a tracking number so that your mail don't get lost!! :D
With this, the parcel is covered by insurance up to SGD68/USD45 if lost, excluding shipping fee. However, it cannot be claimed if the parcel is marked as "Delivered" or "Stuck in Customs". Thank you for your understanding! :)
